MobilRomeo disappeared from the App Store. Why?

MobileRomeo is an App which I bought for 3,99 € in the AppStore. Unfortunately it has ben censored by Apple and disappeared without recharging my Credit Card or any explanation. So I cannot get Updates.
Romours say it has been moved because of sexual content. For sure you can see naked men there, because it is a app, which brings the famous gayromeo.com to the iPhone. But to censore it has been not very intelligent, because I can reach exactly the same sites and pics via safari browser? Is Apple the police or are gays not welcome?

Thats not the point. I am an adult, old enough to know what I do and do need to be censored and controled by anybody in this way.

You have my sympathy, and I agree with you. But Apple's position is that not everyone who buys apps is an adult, and they have no way of knowing who is, so they must be everyone's parent. I am frustrated by some of the music that they censor also - especially stuff that they leave off out-of-print albums that I can't get anywhere else.

Apple's wrong IMO, but it's their store. And they put themselves at risk by censoring some content, because that makes them liable if they don't censor something that someone thinks they should.
