How can you add yourself back in your family sharing

Me and my mom and sister started family sharing and then we had a problem with my sister buying games it wouldn’t let her and then we started over and now our Apple Music expired and my mom bought it back and it wouldn’t let me get it and then it randomly kicked me out of family sharing and idk what to do
