Has this been resolved? Resting Energy Dropping Drastically on Apple Watch

There are a number of issues reported, but I have not seen a resolution. The Resting Energy calories was aligned with my metabolic testing, but 3 days ago it dropping and has continued to drop further every day.

Can anyone help?

Thanks, Tom

Make sure that in the health app on your iPhone that your information is up to date.

Height, Weight, Age, Sex etc

Also make sure that your are using the metric you like. Most people like to see Calories

"CAL" is not the same as "KCAL" or "KJ"

They are not the same measurement.

To change, from your iPhone>Health>Resting Energy>(scroll down to the bottom) Unit>select the unit you wish to see

I appreciate the response. All of the above basics are accounted for.

I have metabolic testing equipment and have run a lab for 20 years. The numbers started out barely within range. The total of Active + Resting Energy came close, but the breakdown was incorrect. Over the last 5 days, the Resting Energy numbers have dropped substantially and continue to drop each day.

All settings are correct, and iphone, watch, and respective apps have all been updated to their latest versions.

Training twice a day does not impact the numbers either and I'm recording them as Workouts. The workout totals are also 200 calories less than the metabolic results.

1 Calorie (Cal) IS equal to 1 Kilocalorie (KCal)

Kilojoules is the metric measurement ( 1 Calorie = 4.2 KJ / 1 Kilojoule = 0.2 Cal)

Is anyone else experiencing this behavior or has come across a fix?
