Keyboard

Hi, I have the iPhone 10 and since last update, my emoji blitz from the Disney game I play will no longer function correctly when I go to use it in keyboard. It stays like 1sec and I see the icons but it blinks and automatically goes back to the regular keyboard. What is going on. I love the emoji in the Disney blitz and I’ve worked hard to accumulate them. Please help
