You can only update to the current version, which is 14.4.

Please verify the model phone you have as it's displayed in Settings>General>About, and the version of iOS you're currently running.

Please verify EXACTLY what model phone you're using.

To update, you need to be connected to WiFi and have at least 50% power. Then go to Settings>General>Software Update.

What does it say in "Model Name"

What does it say in "Model Number"?

Did you actually take the time to read what it says on the screen?

You don't have enough free space on your phone to update it.
