QR code’s aren’t working on my camera
My QR code’s NEVER WORK . Frustrating in this COVID time when at a restaurant. Have tried everything! Help

From what we can tell, you aren't able to scan QR codes using your iPhone. We're glad you're here, and we can help. To start, you'll want to be sure you select the rear-facing camera on your iPhone, then follow the steps in the support article below to scan QR codes:

Also, make sure you've tried scanning QR codes from Control Center with the steps in the 'Open the Code Scanner from Control Center' section of this link:

If that doesn't help, let us know which iPhone you have and the iOS version listed in Settings > General > About. Also, send over any details about what happens when you try to scan a QR code using your iPhone. For example, do any error alerts appear or any suggestions for moving the camera or adjusting the lighting?
