How to regain my apple id

How am i able to get my account back without having my old phone? It is asking me to enter a code on my old phone number but i can’t get to it because i don’t have the old phone to get the code, am i going to have to go to my phone service company?

I need my old Apple ID back So I had my Apple ID on my old phone that broke and has been unusable but got a new phone and had to make a new Apple ID because the security won’t let me login into the Apple ID because it needs the phone number off of the old phone to get a code to login and don’t have the same phone number as my old phone

How can i restore my old apple id? Hello there! I have an old iPhone 6 that stopped working for a while now. I tried to log in but couldn't because I forgot my Apple ID password and to reset the password I have to receive a code on my old phone number which is impossible as it was a very old number when I was abroad. Is there a wat I can reset my password via email instead of a phone number? Thank you.
