Cutting a midi region with cc's at the beginning of bar 1 - copies those cc's to the start of the newly cut region

Ref: a single midi region on a single track.....

I have CC data at the beginning of a region ie. MSB/LSB/Volume/Pan/Reverb - any combination of them.

I cut the region in 1/2 let's say... ( let's call them region A and region B) - after the cut.

At the start of the B region you will find those cc's commands that were at the start of region A....

They exist now in both regions

How can I disable this behavior ?
