duplicate scans in notes

I would like to scan an invoice into notes then duplicate it and file it in a vendor folder and a customer folder. At this point, I have to save invoice documents individually because I can't separate them if i quickly scan them altogether in a group and I can't duplicate them to file them in multiple places unless I go into photos, duplicate the photo then push it back into notes.

Help!?!?!?

Notes scans - OCR & no search function available in Preview Hi all & thank you in advance for your help. I am experiencing the following situation: 1) I scan documents (such as letters & invoices) by using the Notes app on my iPhone (via Notes > Camera Icon > Scan Documents). 2) The scanned document is then immediatley available in the Notes app both on my iPhone and my Macbook. In the Notes app, I can select & copy text from the scanned documents on both devices. I can also search for key words in the Notes app and find scanned documents this way. 3) I then typically export the scanned document as PDF (either drag & drop or via Notes > Files > Export as PDF) to save the PDF file in the respective iCloud folder. 4) Unfortunately, this newly created PDF is then not 'searchable' anymore, neither in Preview nor in Adobe Acrobat Reader. Text cannot be selected and the 'search' function does not provide any results ('Text selection' is activated in Preview > Tools). The PDF behaves similar to an image. Would you have some expert advice on how to create 'searchable PDFs' via the Notes scanning functinoality? I am planning to digitise & replace all my paper folders . But I currenlty refrain from doing as the created PDFs cannot be searched. finding the folder location of an individual NOTE in NOTES?(!) i am on 12.2.1 Monterey and i am organizing my data in NOTES. when i search for a term NOTES shows me the individual NOTES that the term is i. this seems to work fine. but i cannot figure out WHERE the actual note is located. is it in ANOTHER FOLDER? is it somewhere else that is "not foldered"? meaning how do i know WHERE the note is located without clicking on each of the fifty folders that i have and searching manually for this NOTE? or how do i know if the note is even in a folder is there a way to search for notes that are not in a folder? is there a way to know which folder the note is in?! i feel like i am missing something or there is something terribly wrong with the implementation?
