I can't go back to Mac OS after using boot camp

I used boot camp and I can't see the boot camp icon in the taskbar also the boot camp didn't provide a activation product key and also I can not go back because when I hold option and the screen comes up for me to change to Mac the option doesn't come up

pls help me I might die :(

Run

Reboot and hold Alt/Option and check for available selections. If you still do not see macOS, boot into Internet Recovery using Command+Opt+R.
