Before you do any of that you need to cancel the subscription to prevent any further payments:

Note that just deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Then you should follow the instructions from ryane77. Do bear in mind that strictly speaking all purchases are final: however Apple have been sympathetic in cases of error and allowed a refund as a one-off concession so there is a good chance you will get one; but they are under no obligation to do this.
