Going between apps
I used to get the previous app name when i
opened from another app such as safari from email. Now I get search and when I click on it,
I think takes me to blank gray screen. How do I get the app name back?

We understand that you're not seeing the suggestions to return to your previous app when a link opens a new app on your iPhone. Let's make sure that you have your Siri Suggestions enabled in Settings > Siri & Search. You can learn more here: Change Siri settings on iPhone
