Charged my card when it was supposed to go through Paypal?

My card was charged for a purchase even though the receipt says Paypal on it and the paypal account isn't connected to my bank account in any way. Has anyone had this happen to them?

Use the Contact Support link in the upper right, and discuss this with the folks that work for Apple.

We’re other users like you, and have no access to your Apple ID, payment and purchase history, and related.
