Old band is stuck and release button stuck as well. Cannot get old band off watch.

Gently "Rock" the band back and forth while holding down the release button. You will need to do this on both sides of the watch. Do not force it. A used old toothbrush may be helpful to loosen any excess dust, dirt, lotion, gunk stuck in the band slots and release buttons.
