How do I transfer money from my apple wallet to my bank account or my cash app account

Are you referring to the cash in the Apple Cash card to transfer to your bank? If YES then open the Wallet app ➔ Tap on the Apple Cash card ➔ Tap on the Three Dots (top right) ➔ Transfer to Bank : Follow the prompts from this point up to transfer money from your Apple Cash card to your bank.
