I have a 6s iPhone and have 12.5 iOS but I cannot update
How can I update
when I search for updates in settings
it says I have the latest update 12.5

An iPhone 6 isn't capable of running 13 or above. If it's not showing 12.5.1 as available, remove the beta profile from it and check that it can properly communicate with Apple's servers.
An iPhone 6s won't be running 12.5 or 12.5.1.
