Apple TV controller

What do I do if my Apple TV controller keep scrolling, but I’m not touching my controller. I’ve tried to reset it and unplug it. But it keeps going

Apple TV issue cannot scroll in the settings menu. Can scroll everywhere except in settings. Tried using virtual remote on iPad, same issue. Cannot scroll with physical or virtual remote when in the settings menu. Scroll feature works when outside of settings menu. Tried using virtual remote, paired physical remote, and tried charging even though battery level was fine during prior use. The only option I have is sleep now in settings. I haven’t tried a physical reset of the device, but looking for any ideas.

Problem with PS5 Controller on 3rd gen 64GB Apple TV My PS5 controller acts erratically on 3rd Gen Apple TV 4K 64GB. Have tried 2 PS5 Controllers and also have the latest Apple Tv and PS5 updates. I also have a 3rd Gen Apple TV 4K 128GB and the controllers work fine. Also work fine on 2nd Gen 4K Apple Tv please release a patch to correct this issue. The controllers are unusable. Sometimes they work for a small period then start loosing the plot.

Controller lag Hi all. I'm experiencing a significant Xbox controller lag on my Apple TV 4k 64Gb 1st gen. This thread was first started by another user back in 2020, though haven't met many responses, part from "Me too" button hits, hence I'm restarting this conversation. I'm especially noticing it when connecting more than 2 controllers. It also occurs on some occasions with just two controllers being used. Closing other apps and restarting helps, though not with three controllers, where nothing seems to be particularly helpful. My Apple TV software is up-to-date. Anyone else experiencing similar issues and perhaps have some tips?
