I have downloaded an app from the App Store some time ago. The App Store app today tells me that there was an update as of yesterday. But when I click "update" I get a message telling me that the developer has removed the app from the App Store so it's no longer available. I click "OK" and the dialog goes away, but the app is still sitting in the "You have an Update" screen. This seems rather unintelligent, and poorly designed.

In a perfect world, once the message appeared that the app had been removed, this update should disappear.
I have quit App Store app and restarted, but nothing changes.
