Hello, I have separate Apple ID's for iCloud and AppStore. Both ID's are on the USA country/region.
Using the instructions on this Support document, if I tap on Media & Purchases and change the country/region to another country, will my iCloud country also be automatically changed to the new country?
The iCloud account isn't linked to a country if you aren't using the ID for the App Store/iTunes. If you have an iCloud upgrade subscription, you will need to cancel it, and get a new subscription in the new region.
I would ask Apple Support for help with that. You are entitled to 90 days of free telephone support from Apple. Try contacting them.

You are welcome. You shouldn't lose any data as long as you sign back into iCloud using the same Apple ID. The data normally remains there for about 30 days.
One follow up question please: I recently bought a new iPhone with which I received a free Apple TV+ subscription. I haven’t yet activated that subscription. Will I loose this free offer if I change countries? Or should I first activate the subscription and then change countries?
