Observed a mirror reflection of objects while capturing or after capturing pictures

Have you updated to iOS 14.4? That is supposed to address some of the artifacts you can get from lens reflections.

The iPhone 12 has more lenses. These artifacts are the result of reflection of the light on the lens. Many say that you can minimize it by changing the angle of the shot, but I cannot say. I don't take a lot of photos at night in lighted areas with my iPhone, so I cannot really comment more than that. Good luck.

And i got replacement from apple but still i can see same issue... looks like it is a design issue ... because i observe this with my iphone7+ ... but it has very minimal dots ...
