Nope, didn't work. I tried signing on and off a bunch of times but nothing seems to work. I took a screen capture of it:
What's next, completely re-install iTunes or the OS? It's weirding me out because I have no idea how much I still have left of my credit because I can't see the balance anywhere.
A long shot, but look down at the bottom of the iTunes Store main page and make sure you're still connected to the Finnish iTunes Store (the round icon should resemble the Finnish flag). It's possible that if you've inadvertently switched stores, your balance may no longer show. If you're not in the Finnish iTunes Store, just click the icon and select the correct store.
If that still doesn't help, make sure you're on the most current version of Safari for Mac OS X 10.5. iTunes uses Safari's core code to display the iTunes Store, so it's possible that if your version of Safari is old, things might not display correctly.
If that also doesn't help, try logging into another user account in Mac OS X (create one for the purpose if you don't already have a second account), launch iTunes, and sign into the iTunes Store and see if the balance then displays. That would tell us whether it's a problem somewhere in your original Mac OS X user account or a more general problem with your system or your account in the iTunes Store. If you have access to another computer with iTunes installed, you might try logging into your iTunes Store account on that computer and see if the balance displays there. If it still doesn't, then it's almost certainly a problem with your iTunes Store account. Don't forget to log out of your iTunes Store account on that test computer when you're through.
