I am trying to install apps on iPhone. Every time this below msg show up and there is no way pass being this point . There is no error message or information to advise what’s wrong .Stuck and no way forward.

To start, what is happening when you enter your Apple ID password in that prompt and select Sign In? Does it just return you right back to that prompt? Do you get some sort of error?
Have you already tried signing out of your account and back in since it started giving you this password prompt? If not, navigate to Settings > your name at the top > then scroll to the bottom and select Sign Out. Once you've successfully signed out, go ahead and sign back in to the account.
