I live in California and was trying to verify my identity with EDD fir UI and SDI benefits. This would be allowing them access to my camera so I could send drivers license and take self portrait. Then I got a message Apple ID locked and I wasn’t able to access camera to send what they need. My attorneys office tried to access my camera so they could be the go between me and EDD system, again got message Apple ID locked. What does that mean and why did it happen ?
