iOS devices auto dims when overheating. Very annoying

With heavy all use like editing photos or videos apple devices like the iPad Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max auto dims likely due overheating. This has nothing to do with auto dim feature in settings and in accessibility. Those are turned off. It’s an auto dim response to heating and there is nothing you can do to turn it off. Apple please get rid of this. When you are tying to use the iPad for example for your work like editing,, etc, you depend on the screens brightness for obvious reasons. I can’t go 5 minutes on Lightroom without the iPad dimming to 50 %. Please figure out another way to deal with the excessive overheating issues that is clearly an issue that apple has long ignored.

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 14
