iPad restore not working

I have searched apple support to restore my ipad, however all I can get is the screen saying it's disabled. I have tried plugging in with itunes open on laptop but it doesn't make any difference. Hope someone has more wisdom than me!

ipad locked and cant restore using itune ipad locked/disable. cant restore using itunes. any others way?
