There are a few ways you can do this, but the way I do it is either on one track or multiple tracks, use the fade tool.
I hold down shift and select all the regions/tracks I wanna fade out, then choose the Fade Tool from the command click tool, then command drag from left to right on the region/s I want to fade. that will create the fade out.
I would usually bounce the whole song first then bring it back in to a new project and just fade the one stereo track.
Hope that helps, this is just one way to fade out

The simplest way to fade out a song is to create a Stereo Output Aux track or a Master Aux Track, and draw a volume automation fade out on it.
Using fades on all tracks is a bit kludgy, to be honest. It makes it hard to alter the duration of a song, you'd have to move all fades.
Thank you. I will use that in the future.
Yep, this is another good way to fade out, and probably the simplest! and I agree about using fades on all the tracks, I wouldn't usually do this.
