I can’t remember the phone number used for my trusted phone number!I can’t do anything on my iCloud without having to sign in!And a passcode and verification code is required for that

The recovery process for an Apple ID using 2FA requires you to provide the trusted phone number as step 1.
Without it you may not be able to recover the account.
