Call Apple and ask for AppleCare Plan Administration. If in the US, 800-MY-APPLE will get you through.

Chances are however, that since your plan is expired and your screen is damaged, they will not extend the plan after all this time. Whether the stores were closed or not, Apple was quite open and all you had to do when the plan was active was contact them.

when you purchase a new Apple product you automatically get a year of limited warranty, Apple gives you 60 days to add Apple care + after that, it’s no longer available for that device, I’m truly sorry about this, but good news is, you can still have coverage for all your devices using Asurion.

How do you get coverage with Asurion?

You can google for it. It is not an Apple product.

Many carriers offer Asurion coverage as part of your mobile plan.
