refund for subscription

Hello, I have submitted a request for a refund for a random subscription. The website says that the funds were returned to my account, but nothing turned out to be there and nothing came! Please help me solve the problem!

Approved refunds take up to 30 days for most payment methods. Click here for more information.


If it's been longer than that, contact the people who issued the method involved, or ask the iTunes Store staff.
