My printer is not connecting to my WiFi Or my phone even when it do Connect when I try to print it doesn’t respond

You stated that your printer is not connecting to the Wi-Fi Network. If the printer is not connecting to your Wi-Fi Network then it will not be able to connect to your phone as well. Please refer to the printer's owner's manual to troubleshoot the set up the printer on a Wi-Fi network. If you do not like referring to manuals then please contact the printer manufacturer's support site.
