Thanks for your response, Bro... I can troubleshoot Windows.. but zero Mac troubleshooting skills :)

I'm a power user - so the variety of things happening before crashes include - migrating from OneDrive to iCloud, running MAMP, Adobe Ai, Br, etc.., using various browsers - Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge... switching Microsoft 365 business applications and admin consoles... I'm constantly switching back and forth between computers... I keep my Mac and its applications updated... and honestly, it's never given me issues prior to the last 3-4 months. The first question is what changed right?? Well... everything lol.. But I do see consistency within the error logs... if you guys don't see anything specific.. I'll spend more time troubleshooting... I'm just trying to work on building this nonprofit - so my time is there.

The attached the Crash, Spin and Diag reports highlight -

Bird (iCloud), IMDpersistenceAgent, FinderSync, Adobe, corespotlightd

I've removed everything from login items and I'm about to remove the extensions as well.

Hey there!

Thanks for the logs, that helps.

I see several Kext/Extensions that maybe causing an issue.

I’d go to Apple > About This Mac > System Report > Extensions (Under the Software section).

Next, click on “Obtained From” just once to sort then scroll to the bottom.

All Apple Extensions will be on the top, most of them are, but if you see any on the bottom that indicate “Unsigned” or “Unknown” instead of “Identified Developer” or “Apple”, you will find the file path to it below after clicking on it.

I’d probably save a copy/delete those files/restart.

But anyhow:

Can you describe the symptoms before, during and after this happens?

Was there any changes made from when it was working to when it started crashing?

Does this happen at certain times? Or doing certain tasks? Or is it random? Or frequent?

When using certain applications?

Does the same happen with all external devices disconnected?

Does the same happen in Safe Boot?

Usually also removing them Login Items from System Preferences > Users and Groups/restarting is a quick and easy way to see if an app opening automatically was causing an issue.

Hope that helps!
