PENDING PURCHASED SONG
Hi! I purchased a song from iTunes and it is immediately charge in my debit card but it is still pending in my purchase history. I cannot download it and use it as my ringtone. Please help!

If you are seeing the funds deducted from your account, it goes without saying you want your song to download. May we get you to tell us more about what the status is and what you are seeing and which device you are using?
- Do you see the cloud with the arrow pointing down?
- Do you see the circle, as if the download has begun but paused?
- Have you tried restarting your device?
