Hello saudAF,

It sounds as though you're wanting to enjoy the Apple TV app on your Mac. The TV application was introduced in macOS Catalina 10.14. With the launch of macOS Catalina, it moved Podcasts, Music, and TV from iTunes to their own applications. To get the TV app, you would need to update to macOS Catalina if your computer meets the system requirements for that version. More information about updating the macOS can be found in the following article:

How to get old versions of macOS

If your Mac meets the system requirements for macOS Big Sur, you can find the steps for updating in the How to upgrade to macOS Big Sur article. Prior to updating, it's recommended to back up your Mac to ensure your current data is saved:

Back up your Mac with Time Machine

If you are unable to upgrade your macOS version for any reason, you can also watch Apple TV+ content using a web browser by going to tv.apple.com. You can find more info on the devices you can use to watch Apple TV+ here: All the ways to watch Apple TV+

Have a great day!
