My Brand New iPhone 11 will charge then the charging symbol will disappear and it won’t charge anymore , please help,

You stated that your iPhone 11 is brand new and, therefore, may be covered by the Apple 1YR Limited Warranty (US) so have it examined at the Apple Store or at an authorized service center and take advantage of it. If the stores are closed then please contact ➔ Apple Support

If, for any reason, your iPhone is not covered by Apple's Warranty then you should still have it examined for the charging issue.

Is this related to wired or wireless charging? Which chargers and cables are you using for wired charging or which charger are you using for wireless charging.?

Have you tried changing the cable and/or the charger that is used with wired charging to see whether the fault is there?

 Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

• Press and quickly release Volume UP button
• Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
• Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).
