Hi All ... I have an issues with my partitions and I think I may have deleted or partioned the drive incorrectly ... I cannot get into the drive any normal way using recovery of internet recovery etc etc ... Any assistance please ? It will fire up then scrolls through some code then goes to a blank screen ... Attached screen shot of whats happening ...

What happens exactly when you attempt Internet Recovery Mode using Command + Option + R which bypasses the local recovery partition?
Can you run the Apple Diagnostics?
Can you boot into Safe Mode?
If Safe Mode doesn't work, then boot using Verbose Mode using Command + V. Post a picture of the screen once the text stops scrolling.
