My iPhone 12 Pro led is blinking from black to green

My led is blinking from black to green After every few seconds while it is on black mode ... i bought it new and did not even drop it why is this issue coming

White horizontal line in center I got a white horizontal line in middle of my iphone 13 pro max during (ios 16) update.
