Apple SSD Erase Not Working

I am trying to erase Apple SSD in macOS Utilities. I click on the Apple SSD then erase - change untitled to Macintosh HD and keep the rest as is. When I go to click erase to start process it does not click. What could cause this issue. MacBook Pro 2020

What is your bigger goal here? What is it you are trying to accomplish by erasing the "Apple SSD."

What exact Mac is this?
