Slightly larger than a nutshell but not much -- see: About the magnets inside iPhone 12, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 12 Pro Max, and MagSafe accessories - Apple Support

Thank you, and yes I have read it Apple sent it to me but maybe it’s that I’m getting to old or just point blank dumb. To me it does not say much, they go as far as telling you to contact your medical provider for more information. I’ve had iPhones for as long as I’ve had my iCD Implant in and never experienced any problems, but again this new iPhone has more magnets but perhaps they are not as potent, I don’t know and didn’t just want to gamble with my ticker 🖤
