Apple Music Apple ID student verification Contact Apple Support

I have not used a different Apple ID to verify my student subscription eligibility, and I have made sure that I have been using the same Apple ID on my monthly billing email; however, I am still receiving this message. Once I attempt to move past it by clicking “continue listening” it takes me to Apple Music for a moment then it prompts me to verify my student account again. I am not a new Apple Music user.
