How can I a refund on Microsoft 365 Personal subscription that I didn't mean to purchase? Apple support or the request a refund page does not help at all.

I need help trying to get a refund from apple. I don't know how, but I have tried the "request a refund" page, and its telling me that the Microsoft 365 personal is not eligible for a refund. I didn't mean to purchase this subscription, but only wanted to try the free trial. It charged me 70$ when I was hoping to try the free version for a month. Please help. I tried everything already.
