accessory not supported

Model: iPhone 11 Pro Max

Home Scree display shows "Accessory Not Supported" i already remove and insert the cable it still hangs.

i already press volume and side button, it can't be access.

any means to restart my phone?

screen display does not stay open long When I pick up my iPhone 12 pro max, the display does not stay open very long, it is annoying. How can I set the display on the phone to stay open longer?

I already hard restart it by pressing volume up, volume down and right button simultaneously and it restart

Did you use the USB-A port and not the type C port or did you connect using the Lightning port?
