How to change currency in Apple ID purchase

It sounds as though you're wanting to purchase an item in the App Store using a different currency? If so, that isn't a support or available option. When the iTunes and App Store is set to a region any purchases made would be in that regions currency. If you want to make purchase in a different currency you would have to change the country or region.

Change your Apple ID country or region

Do keep in mind that not all content my be available in each regions iTunes and App Store, and prior to changing the country or region any subscriptions would need to be cancelled, then resubscribed too after changing.
