I updated to macOS Big Sur yesterday to download iTunes and none will support my laptop. I need iTunes desperately to unlock my jammed iPhone (apparently, although I dispute, due to a wrong passcode used, when I use my fingerprint).

ITunes has been discontinued for modern Mac OS's.

Plug in the cable from the device to your Mac and turn the device on.

Open a new Finder window and look in the sidebar for your device name.

Click on the name.
