I have important emails that I have paid to get from a travel deals site that keep going to my junk mail even though I mark them not junk. How can I stop that.

Your email provider may also provide a junk filter. Log on to their website and see how you can make some senders "safe", i.e. not included in the junk/spam filter. Each provider has a different way to handle this so don't hesitate to contact them.
