Google llc never seen before

Hey guys

I was looking through my security and privacy areas in my settings bc I was notified someone from Dallas had tried to hack my phone. As I’m about to start changing passwords etc I see something I’ve never seen until today and I’m not seeing it anymore. I see something moving around that says google llc and then it disappears. Two seconds later it reappears again while moving slowly. And then it once again disappeared. I’ve never seen that before nor have I seen any of my tabs move around like it was doing. Has anyone ever seen anything like this or am I legit losing my mind at very early age? If anyone could help I’d be so grateful. Thanks I’m advance guys.

We understand that you're seeing pop-up messages on your iPhone regarding Google, and we'd like to help. Which version of iOS is currently installed on your phone?

If this is happening in Safari, it's likely a pop-up message that can be removed using the steps here:

About pop-up ads and windows in Safari

If this doesn't resolve the issue, please try opening Settings > Safari and then tap on Clear History and Website Data.

Google LLC (Limited Liability Company) it’s a name Google use as a developer in the App Store. You see this as you use some of Google apps on your device and those apps seem to share some info between them.

Search the App Store for Google LLC and you’ll find out what app they made you use on your device.

thank you for responding to my question. This is definitely not a pop up nor is it in safari. It’s under the general tab. I took a picture so u can see what I’m referring to. I have NEVER seen this before. Thank u in advance.
