My Apple Watch broke and I’m trying to connect another Apple Watch to my phone but it won’t let me since I can’t connect to my old watch, what can I do

My Apple Watch broke, the face came completely off and I’m trying to connect my daughters old Apple Watch to my phone but it won’t let me because I need to pair my old watch to my phone to erase contents in order to connect the my daughters to my phone. So how can I get it connected

To unpair and erase your old watch and remove Activation Lock.

On a computer, go to iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

Go to Find Iphone.

Select All Devices, then click your Apple Watch.

Click Erase Apple Watch.

Select Next until the device is erased.

Click the remove button next to your Apple Watch.
