Apple Watch series 5 not charging

My wife’s series 5 watch will not charge, it has went into power reserve mode with the red bolt and time. When I connect the charger the bolt goes green but does but seem to charge. Iv tried changing genuine cables, different genuine plugs (iPhone and iPad) all do the same but watch never charges.

Please help.
