It just opened iTunes and not the update. I have a MacBook Pro 2017
Did we open the link in Safari as instructed?
Yes, it only says "Connecting to the iTunes Store" and opens iTunes but with no update
I just checked the link. It's not working right now. It was working this afternoon. Not sure what the issue is.
Try restarting your Mac then try again.
