About my Apple Pay

So I tried verifying my ID but It kept telling me that it failed and it would let me accept money that was being sent to me but idk if it bugged out after a while because it then said I received the 60 dollars but on my Apple Pay think is said I only had 5 bucks but the verification button was still there and when I tried to verify it would only let me go to where I had to put my last for digits of my ssn and date of birth and would say Im verified but the money still doesn’t show on my Apple Pay what do I do??
