Family sharing content won’t play

Hello! I am trying to play some previously purchased movies via the Apple TV app. Family sharing is enabled, and I am able to view all the content that was purchased.


The problem is that once I click any of the content, I get a black screen indefinitely. Nothing plays at all.


When I play the same content on my phone via Apple TV app, it works fine.


Any help in this matter will be greatly appreciated!
